LG LSM-100 Scanner Mouse comes with Smart Scan button, by pressing on the left side, the user can swipe the mouse on the material to be scanned. Users can save the scanned image with a page size up to A3 size. Scan images can be saved in PNG, JPEG, TIFF, BMP, PDF, XLS or DOC format, or dragging and dropping into the desired application. LSM-100 also features Optical Character Recognition technology to convert scanned text into editable text in a Word document.
LG will showcase this device at IFA 2011 and LSM-100 is planned to be launched in Europe in late August the price is about U.S. $ 150, with a global launch to follow shortly thereafter.
